They are looking for artists to donate a piece of art for their art themed luncheon and silent auction:

I wanted to bring to your attention a fundraiser that we (Woodland Park + Indivisible Gainesville) are hosting to raise funds for the club and to honor the wonderful kids of Woodland Park who we tutor every week. It’s an art-themed luncheon at Woodland Park on March 7 from 11am to 2pm. We are getting as many local artists as possible to donate pieces of artwork that we can use in a silent auction. We are also having the kids at Woodland Park do artwork and will pair the kids’ art with the local artists in the auction if we get enough pieces. A couple requests:

1)      Please consider attending the event and helping us promote it in the community! Here is a FB event link that you can share with friends. Also, please indicate on the link if you’re coming so we have a good head count.

2)      If you have connections with local businesses in town, please consider sharing our sponsor request form. This is the best way to raise substantial funds for the club.

3)      If you know of any local artists that might be willing to donate a piece of art, please reach out! We have 5 pieces committed so far but would love more.

Thanks so much, Stephanie & Reona
