My photography is not representational but rather evocative of my feelings towards the subject I choose to photograph -  my sheer awe and wonder of birds, the most ancient of beings unfettered by gravity.  And yet, in this image, Despair, they are grounded and shrouded in fog.  I feel their timelessness and grace but in this time of a global pandemic I project onto them my despair and isolation.
