This piece, $45 worth of black heavy duty hangers anybody can get, follows the tradition of easily accessible protest art and working through anger through art.  The nine black hangers, the familiar instrument of illegal abortions, represent the nine justices of a Supreme Court decision to restrict access to reproductive health care.
